Manhattan

Steinway Hall is on the north side of 57th Street, between Sixth and Seventh Avenue, but closer to Sixth.  57th Street is 2 way and street parking may be available on Sunday. 689 Fifth Ave., New York, NY
[Entrance on East 54th Street]

Third Floor

Manhattan

The building housing the Yamaha Piano Salon is at the northeast corner of Fifth Avenue and East 54th Street, with its entrance about 100 feet east of Fifth Avenue on 54th Street.  Take the elevator to the third floor –  the Yamaha salon entrance is well marked.  On street parking in mid-town Manhattan is restricted, even on a Sunday.  Please make sure you read the signs carefully and pay the meters or parking kiosks if necessary.  If you decide to park in a garage, usually the further east of Fifth Avenue you go, the less expensive.  But there is no general rule; just be sure to ask before you park the car what two hours or so will cost.
